This page explains what personal information PDFClubs collects, how it is used, and when it is shared, if you use our software or website (the "Service").

By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. Information we collect is used only to provide and improve the Service. We do not share it with anyone except as described in this policy.

Our apps (Office File Manager, PDF Merger And Splitter, Any PDF To Doc)

All conversions, merges and splits run entirely on your computer. Your documents are never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and the apps do not contain analytics, advertising or crash-reporting code.

Each app's only network activity is the Microsoft Store licence check: when it starts, it asks the Microsoft Store whether your copy (or free trial) is valid. That request is made by Windows to Microsoft under Microsoft's privacy statement; PDFClubs receives no personal information from it.

pdfclubs.com (the website)

  • Contact form and email — if you write to us we receive your name, email address and message, and use them only to reply.
  • Sample files — only if you choose to send one so we can diagnose a problem. We delete it once the issue is resolved.
  • Analytics — we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited. IP addresses are anonymised and we do not link this data to you.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, other than the service providers named above (Google Analytics for the website; Microsoft for Store purchases and licensing).

Security

We use commercially reasonable means to protect the personal information you provide. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated policy is posted on this page, so please review it periodically.
